Alignment: Any tilt paper pile can be aligned very quickly by strong air blowing and efficient paper vibration. Damaged paper can also be removed in the process to ensure the order of paper pile.
Dust removal: Remove foreign matters such as bur and paper scrap, improve surface quality of paper to be printed and reduce the probability of feeding two pieces of paper at the same time
Efficiency: Increase printer’s speed by 3-5% by improving the surface quality of paper in order to finally improve labor productivity
Long service life: Prevent foreign matters such as bur and scrap from entering the printer dramatically, which could prolong the printer's service life
Finished product: Lower the rate of waste and defective product caused by foreign matters such as bur and paper scrap and improve yield by 2-3%
