Scope of application:
The window patching machine(TC650-Y)is used to carry out film patching of wrapping paper, such as wine box, gift box, tissue box and cosmetics box.
Wrapping paper, which is made by cardboard(200-500g/m?) or corrugated cardboard( 6mm). will be patched films after die cutting, Gluing and film patching will be completed in order.
Perfonhance features:
1.With shaped film patching function. Hot glue system is optional. The speed of shaped film window patching is 4600pcs/h.The thickness of shaped film ranges from 0.15~0.4mm, and its width range from 70-330mm. The precision is ± 0.5mm.
2.Adopl full servo syslem and high-precision servo motian controller in order to enhance accuracy and stabilization of films.There is a special planetary reducer for high-precision servo,with famous electrical system and big humanized touch screen.
